Terms of use

Effective October 22, 2026. SimpleFinCalc provides educational calculation tools and hypothetical worked examples. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Use and limitations

Outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions documented on each page. They are estimates under a specified mathematical model, not financial advice, a lender payoff quote, a bank offer or a guarantee of future returns. Verify important figures against the relevant contract or service provider before making a decision.

No professional relationship

Using the site or contacting the site owner does not create an adviser-client relationship. We do not evaluate your personal financial circumstances, suitability, taxes or legal obligations.

Availability and accuracy

We test the documented models and may correct errors or change the site. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that a simplified model matches every real-world product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Downloads and content

You may use the calculators and downloaded scenario schedules for your own analysis. Keep attribution when redistributing our example files. Third-party references remain subject to their owners’ terms. Do not misrepresent a hypothetical example as an actual customer record or an endorsed financial recommendation.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate its operator or use its pages to distribute misleading financial claims.
